This is our visual memory of the Caravan for Peace. It is divided in 4 parts. This is the first one: “El Poeta and the Caravan for Peace”.
Since March 28th of 2011 a social uprise began. Javier Sicilia´s son was brutally muredered in Temixco Morelos. Since that day he began a journey which led to the creation of the Movement for peace with justice and dignity. Javier along with a group of victims of violence in Mexico went through all Mexico looking to reconstruct the social fabric. With two caravans. One to the North of Mexico (Cd. Juarez) and one to the South (Guatemala).
The cruise began to the our neighbor country. United States of America.
