Mother of José Luis Arana Aguilar, disappeared in Tonalá, Jalisco, on January 17, 2011.
“The only progress that has been made, through the investigations of the family, is that the last place where José made the phone call was in Tonalá near the bus station. The municipal police of Tonalá are suspected, as a few months ago the director of the municipal police was arrested for his collusion with organized crime”.
